Dairy Free Banana Berry Smoothie

 Dairy Free Banana Berry Smoothie Ingredients:

1 banana

¼ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

1 cup of coconut milk (or your choice of dairy free milk)

3-4 dates  

Preparation Put all ingredients into thermomix or food processor and mix.   (This is a great kids smoothie as a healthy snack alternative)  

Left overs? Make kids Ice Blocks by pouring the left over shake into ice block molds and freeze!
